How do I get a flea market space (s)?
In the May/June issue of the Antique Automobile Club Magazine there will be an activities card listing all the available activities pertaining to the AACA Eastern Divisional Fall Meet at Hershey. Complete the activities card and mail to the National Headquarters. An AACA staff member will then mail to you the appropriate registration card. If you are a new AACA member and did not receive the magazine, please call national at 717-534-1910 to request the registration packet. Complete the card and mail to Hershey Region AACA, PO Box 305, Hershey, PA. Assignment of spaces will be in order of post mark on the mailing envelope.
I already have assigned flea market spaces. Can I get spaces next to them?
There are no guarantees of space assignments. If you would like a space (s) adjoining your existing spaces, submit a note along with your registration card and check. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request. Again, there are no guarantees.
How do I get a car corral space (s)?
Same as above to request a registration card. There will be a (5) space limit during summer car corral registration. Spaces are approximately 10’ X 20’. Cars must be at least 25 years old, AACA recognized and driven onto the car corral field. Street rods are prohibited. Car corral spaces will be sold for $125.00 per space and space is limited. Assignment of spaces will be in order of post mark on mailing envelope. If available car corral spaces will be sold at the fall meet starting Tuesday during show week at 9:00a.m. There are no guarantees of available space (s) on days of the meet.
How do I show my vehicle at Hershey?
Show car registration can be completed online (visit aaca.org) or by following the same procedure outlined above for Flea Market/Car Corral spaces. You will need your AACA membership number and pin number printed on your membership card. You must be an AACA member and the vehicle must be at least 25 years old and recognized by AACA.
Is there an admission fee?
There is no admission fee for the car corral, flea market, or car show.
Where should I park?
Day parking is available at a daily rate, as charged by Hershey Entertainment & Resorts. Follow the signs on Hersheypark Drive.
What’s the best day to visit?
The best days to visit the Flea Market and Car Corral are Tuesday thru Thursday; however, some vendors do pack up Thursday afternoons. The focus on Friday is the judged car show which begins with the parade of vehicles onto the show field around 6:00 AM.
Is there RV and camper parking?
RV/Camper Parking (no hookups, unit must be self contained) – $60 per night (2023 rate), and you must pay for each night through Friday, starting on the day you arrive. No reservations are taken. Ample parking available. RV/Camper parking is located on the north side of Hersheypark Drive. Watch for signs as you near the show grounds. RV Parking is also available at the AACA Museum (717-566-7100). Reservations are required and the unit must be fully self-contained.

Are there banking services available?
Banking services are not available on our show grounds. There are three or four banks in Hershey all about 5 mins. from the grounds.
How do I reserve a handicapped vehicle?
ScooterBug has been contracted to provide reserved single passenger ECVs and double passenger golf carts for those guests who have a valid, state-issued handicapped placard in the state in which you reside. Please log on to https://www.scooterbug.com/aaca/ (preferred way to book) or call 1-800-726-8284 to speak to a reservation agent and pay by phone. One passenger ECV cost is $145/day and 2 passenger golf carts are $280/day.
May I use my personal golf cart to travel around the fields?
You can use your personal electric mobility vehicle–2 occupant maximum–(no gasoline powered vehicles) after it is registered at one of three registration areas. The registration areas are at the North end of the Hersheypark Maintenance building beside the Hersheypark Stadium, or on the West side of the Giant Center, or on the South Chocolate Field next to the Hershey Region Hospitality Tent close to light pole #61.
Is the event open to the public and if so, is there an admission fee?
The Eastern Fall Meet is open to the public and there is no admission fee. There is a daily parking fee.
Where is trailer parking for the car show?
Trailer parking (for registered vehicles) is from 7 am to 5 pm Tuesday, October 8 through Friday, October 11. It is on Boat House Road. Entrance to Boat House Road is off Sand Beach Road. You will be given a parking sticker as you enter Boat House Road. All trailers must be removed no later than noon on Saturday, October 12.
Are pets permitted at the show?
Dogs are permitted providing they are leashed and their waste is picked up immediately. They are not allowed in the car corral or show car area.
Can I transfer my vendor space(s) to someone else?
A vendor may transfer their space (s) to another AACA member by submitting a signed notarized letter to The Hershey Region AACA Headquarters, PO Box 305, Hershey, PA 17033 . The letter must include the space (s) to be transferred, the new vendor’s name, address, phone number and a copy of the current AACA membership card (of the new vendor). Spaces may also be transferred during the Meet at the Hershey Region Main Tent on Tues. thru Thurs. from 1:00 to 4:00 PM and Friday 8 to 10 AM. Both parties involved in the transfer must be present.
What are the dates for Fall Meet 2024?
Fall Meet 2024 dates are October 8-11 (vendor setup on 10/7).
